Thank you Vitamin Shoppe

I want to take a moment to sincerely thank The Vitamin Shoppe for inviting me in and giving me the opportunity to share our mission. Being welcomed into a space where people were not only open to listening, but genuinely engaged, meant more than I can fully put into words.

What stood out to me most were the conversations. Real, meaningful, human connections. One in particular will stay with me for a long time. I had the privilege of meeting a kind gentleman named Gabriel, who shared that he was once in the same position as the children we are working so hard to support. Hearing his story was both humbling and deeply affirming. It reminded me why this work matters so much—because these children are not defined by their circumstances. They are full of potential, resilience, and hope.

And perhaps the most special part of the day was having my two daughters by my side. Watching them light up as they spoke about our mission, seeing their excitement and pride, was something I will never forget. They didn’t just come along—they became part of the story, part of the impact. It meant everything to me to share that experience with them.

Moments like these remind me that this mission is bigger than any one of us. It’s about community, connection, and showing up for one another in meaningful ways.

So thank you again to everyone at The Vitamin Shoppe, and to everyone who took the time to listen, ask questions, and support what we’re building. Your kindness and openness truly made a difference.
